My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not ready when we arrived, and we had to leave our bag at reception; however, I was surprised that I needed to provide my credit card for a 50 euros guarantee despite having a Best Western loyalty card and booking through their website. The room was poorly soundproofed, leading to disturbances from other guests during breakfast.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms, though small, were clean and comfortable with a lovely view from my own balcony. The service at the reception desk was exceptional, especially from Sjoerd Cozijnsen who went above and beyond to help us with our lost luggage.
